DESCRIPTION: The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego intends to negotiate a time and material, task order sole source contract with RD Instruments at 9855 Buisnesspark Ave., San Diego, CA 92131 to provide Correlation Velocity Log (CVL) and Accoustic Doppler Current Profiler (ADCP) based level component electrical/electronic spares and on-site technical services to troubleshoot and repair CVL and ADCP electrical/electronic components, cabling, transducers and associated systems on board the USS DOLPHIN. RD Instruments designed, manufactured and installed the Deep Submergence CVL and ADCP system on board the USS DOLPHIN submarine. The proposed requirement will consist of a three year base period and two twelve month options with an estimated total of 500 labor hours during base and option periods.
