All solid waste collected at the above listed sites shall be removed from the premises and transported to a processing facility for re-manufacturing or recycling to the extent available. All solid waste not transported to a facility for re-manufacturing or recycling shall be disposed of in accordance with all Federal, State, Municiple and local Regulations, laws, ordinances, and any admendments. Certifications for the disposal facility shall be made by the appropriate state agency responsible for solid waste management, or by the environmental protection agency. The Contract period for award shall be for one base year of October 1, 1999 to September 30, 2000 and four option years. This award will be made based on commercial services using FAR Part 12 Procedures.
