The FBI requires complete physical examinations to be conducted by a physician, Board-Certified in emergency medicine, internal medicine, family medicine, or preventative medicine (aerospace, occupational, or general preventative medicine and public health, and a Board-Certified cardiologist to conduct treadmill exercise stress tests, SPECT thallium, and/or stress echocardiogram testing for FBI offices in the following locations: Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Miami, FL; Quantico, VA; San Francisco, CA; Washington Field Office, Washington, DC. The contractor shall provide both the physical examinations and cardiology services. The Government contemplates the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract for a base year and 4 additional option years.
