(804) 675-5588 The VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA is seeking a contractor who can provide physical inventory services for approximately 714 PC's listed on an Excel Spreadsheet that will be provided by the VAMC Richmond, VA. The contractor will be required to verify physical location and gather the following type of information for each PC on the list: 1) Processor Speed; 2) Disk Drive (original space, available space); 3) Memory (type); 4) Is NIC available? 5) Current OS; 6) Manufacturer 7) Model; 8) Network Status. The contractor will be expected to deliver the Excel Spreadsheet with the information requested within 45 days from the date of award of contract to the VAMC, Richmond, VA. This solicitation has been set aside 100% for small businesses. The SIC is 7389. The Size Standard is $5.0 Million. This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. RFQ 652-151-99 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12.
