O. Box 1506, Ann Arbor, MI, 48106. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide assistance in preparation of professional journal-quality articles related to Physician Workforce issues. The contractor shall: draft a journal quality article on three subject areas pertaining to physician workforce issues: 1) a study on the eventual specialty distribution of recent medical graduates, 2) a study on the inter- and intraState migration behavior of physicians, and 3) a study presenting aggregate and specialty supply forecasts from the updated physician supply model; revise and submit a final copy of each article. Vector Research, Inc. is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is twelve months.
