L. 86-121 program since 1959. Individual Indian homes without adequate water supply facilities must be provided with a safe and effective means of water supply to ensure a healthful environment, therefore, a water well drilling contract will be awarded. This contract will be in effect for one year from date of award. This will be an indefinite quantity, task order contract, as per FAR 52.216-27, more than one contract maybe awarded.
