SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor to provide all labor, equipment and materials to construct 1200 LF of complete ornamental iron fencing at locations provided on site map. Fencing to be installed between split face block masonry piers that will be located evry 60 feet, with steel posts located every 10 feet. Height should be 84" with outward curving pickets ending in sharp points for security. Included, is removal and disposal of existing chain link fencing. Site visit will be required prior to submission of cost estimate. NOTE: IAW FAR 52.232-18. Funds are not presently available for this project. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability to be confirmed in writing by the ContractingOfficer.
