This solicitation is being issued to obtain offers for comparison purposes and will not result in a contract if Government performance is determined to be more advantageous. Contractor is to provide personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform protective/decorative coating services at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. The contract performance period will be for a basic and four option periods, to be exercised at the Governments option. The solicitation will be unrestricted. The standard industrial classification (SIC) code and small business size standard for this procurement will be SIC 1721 / $7 million. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available.
