The transistors shall also be tested by contractor IAW the referenced drawings. Drawings will be provided as part of the quote. The contractor shall be required to maintain a quality program IAW ISO 9000 or equal. A firm fixed price purchase order will be issued using simplified acquisition procedures. Delivery will be FOB NSWC Crane IN. The required delivery date is 31 December 1999.
