Delivery will be FOB Origin for all ordering periods with deliveries of the first 100 each to Texarkana, TX. This procurement is for a part, which the Government does not own the rights to acquire these parts from others. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved source is B.F. Goodrich Aerospace, Aircraft Integrated Systems, 197 Ridgedale Avenue, Cedar Knolls, NJ 07927 (CAGE 12511). The time required for approval of new suppliers is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
