This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is Request for Quotation (RFQ) 858623. The solicitation document has incorporated provisions and clauses those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 333314 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Federal Bureau of Investigation requests proposals to this RFQ for the following Brand Name Fraser Volpe items: (Quantity of 2) M25 StediEye; (Quantity of 4) Night Vision Eyepiece Generation 3; (Quantity of 4) 10x Day Eyepiece. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, FBI Academy, Engineering Research Facility, Attention: Robert Willis, Quantico, Virginia, Monday through Friday between 8:00a.m. and 4:30p.m., no holidays.
