Quotes are solicited with this notice. A written quotation will not be issued. The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-11. The Television-Audio Support Activity proposes to procure the following ten (10) each Still Picture Camera Systems, consisting of: Kodak DCS-520C digital camera with Canon body; 28-70MM AF 2.8 lens; 70-200MM AF 2.8 lens; 17-35MM AF lens; professional camera bag; Gateway SOLO 9100LS notebook computer upgraded to 128MB SDRAM, modular combo drive/120MB superdisk drive/DVD ROM, PCMCIA 10/100 ETHERNET network card & external zip drive & PCMCIA type III drives; lens filters; NICAD batteries; flash unit; softwares: Adobe "Photoshop", "Pagemill" and "Pagemaker", Jetform Corp "Formflow" software starter kit, Microsoft "Office" standard edition, "Netscape Communicator", and hard shipping/carrying case. The equipment will be FOB Destination: USPFO, Atlanta, Georgia and Television-Audio Support Activity, McClellan AFB, CA. Requested delivery time is 30-45 days. Partial or incremental deliveries of systems components will not be authorized. Individual systems must be shipped complete. Split awards could result from this solicitation, if determined to be in the best interests of the Government, price and other factors considered. However, awards will be made only upon the basis of complete systems (e.g. Video Acquisition System, etc.) Components that comprise the individual systems will not be awarded individually. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this quotation, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database, NO EXCEPTIONS.
