The proposed action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to issue a sole source contract to Information Handling Services, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for the following items: Item 0001 is DOD Standardization Service, Part # QS1S, Item 0002 is for Haystack Five User Access, Part # HWN5, Item 0003 is for Haystack Apl's Five User Network, Part # NWAN2, Item 0004 is Haystack On-line Access (10 Hours), Part # ZPA10, and Item 0005 is ASTM Internet Standalone-Single user, Part # Q410. No phone inquiries will be accepted. Required delivery is to SIMA NRMF Ingleside, TX. The period of performance is from October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. Firms believing they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence that they can furnish these supplies and meet all specifications.
