Maintenance for CON-SNT-1005 (52 ea); CON-SNT-2511 (3 ea); CON-SNT-2514 (16 ea); CON-SNT-2516 (1 ea); CON-SNT-4500-M (12 ea); CON-SNT-7000 (3 ea); CON-SNT-7010 (2 ea); CON-SNT-C2503 (1 ea); CON-SNT-WS-C116 (1 ea); CON-SNT-WS-C1202 (2 ea); CON-SNT-WS-C1700 (10 ea); CON-SNT-WS-C2802 (6 ea); CON-SNT-WS-C29XX (15 ea) and CON-SNT-C5001 (4 ea). This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order to Stealth Network, Pleasanton, CA 94566 for the maintenance on the items cited above. Offerors who can furnish the required maintenance for the period 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000 shall submit, in writing, a proposal substantiated by technical data, brochures, etc. to include complete pricing (FOB Destination). Payments shall be made on a monthly basis in arrears.All responses must be received within 15 Calendar days of the date of this CBD notice. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests for a solicitation will be considered nonresponsive. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required informaiton will be fully considered. All responses shall include the DUNS, TAX ID, and CAGE Codes. Vendors shall be registered in the CCR in accordance with DFARS 252-204-7004. As a result on analyzing resposnses to this synopsis of intent, The Contracting Officer may determine that the action may be competed with resulting award under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
