The National Institute on Aging, Gerontology Research Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Johns Hopkins Bayview Physicians, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center(JHBMC), 333 Cassell Drive, Suite 3000, Baltimore, MD 21224. The Division of Cardiology will perform two(2)dobutamine infusions on 52 BLSA participants, one (1) during Doppler echo and one (1) during cardiac MRI. A facility with close proximity to the Gerontology Research Center is essential due to fact the BLSA participants have testing completed during scheduled visits. Supervision of these studies have been done by the Cardiology Division since 1989 and continuity is required to maintain integrity of data collected.
