The Federal Highway Adminitration (FHWA) plans to negotiate a Purchase Order with Dr. Dov Leshchinsky to modify and utilize the ReSlope and the Mechanically Stabilized Earth Walls (MSEW) programs to develop a microcomputer program "Reinforced Soil Slopes 2 K" (RSS2K) for analysis of reinforced slope stability problems. Both ReSlope and MSEW programs were developed and copyrighted by Dr. Dov Leshchinsky. Dr. Dov Leshchinsky is the sole proprietor of these programs, therefore the only available source.
