Concerns having the ability to provide CSC with TDAT services for male and female Federal offenders. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical and dental treatment for CSC services. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of the facility shall be in the Seattle, Washington area. Contract Base Period is for two years with three one-year options to renew. Estimated number of inmates for the base period is 43,800 and 21,900 for option years, one, two and three, respectively for CSC services. Estimated number of inmates for TDAT services for the base year is 140 with the following: Intake Assessment (1 per inmate), Individual Counseling (48 30-minute sessions per inmate) and Group Counseling (24 30-minute sessions per inmate). Estimated number of imates for option year one, two and three is 70 with the following: Intake Assessement (1 per inmate)' Individual Counseling (48 30-minute sessions per inmate) and Group Counseling (24 30-minute sessions per inmate), respectively.
