The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, materials, supplies, and do all things necessary to demolish (deconstruct) and remove seven (7) buildings at various locations, Fort Richardson, Alaska. Performance shall include removal of asbestos containing building materials, demolition of the entire building, including foundations, removal of associated pavements and fencing, and restoration of pavement and landscaping disturbed as a result of the demolition. The magnitude of the project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The proposed procurement listed herein is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (P.L. 100-656).
