Moulder, Contracting Officer, AMSAM-AC-SS-CD, (256)842-0522 The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command announces the issuance of formal Request for Proposals (RFPs) (DAAH01-99-R-0265, DAAH01-99-R-0266, and DAAH01-99-R0267) for the Omnibus 2000 (O2K) Program on 13 August 1999. The RFPs for the three functional areas of logistics (DAAH01-99-R-0265), programmatic (DAAH01-99-R-0266), and technical (DAAH01-99-R-0267) can be found on the Omnibus 2000 web site. The entire formal solicitations are now available for download. The O2K WWW Server can be reached at: https://wwwproc.redstone.army.mil/acquisition/omnibus/omnibus.html. When connected, select the link entitled "Omnibus 2000 RFPs". At this point you may download a copy of each RFP and all attachments. Please note that Attachment 5, DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, will be posted in zip format. The transmittal letter, the matrix of changes from the draft to the formal RFPs, and Attachment 5 will be the same for each RFP and will only be posted once. In the event of technical complications in accessing the web site or downloading any document, two copies of each RFP are being placed in the reading room at the Redstone Scientific Information Center (RSIC), Building 4484 on Redstone Arsenal, AL.
