(b) Air Traffic Control Facility will be single-story rigid steel frame structure, reinforced concrete foundations and floor slab, exterior concrete masonry unit walls, modified bitumen sheet roofing, rigid roof insulation and metal decking, doors, windows, sprinkler and alarm system, plumbing, air conditioning and humidity control, uninterrupted power system, emergency generator and accessories, electrical work, lightning and grounding systems, and incidental related work.(c). Supporting Facilities include connecting utilities, asphaltic concrete parking, concrete walkways, chain link fencing and site improvements. Estimated range from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. The contract performance period is 450 calendar days. THE SIC CODE FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS 1542 AND THE ANNUAL SIZE STANDARD IS $17.0 MILLION. This procurement is UNRESTRICTED. This is a source selection procurement requiring both technical and price proposals. Contract award will be made to the offeror proposing the best value to the Government from a technical and price standpoint. Price is considered approximately equal to the technical evaluation factors. Technical evaluation factors are as follows: (1) Experience/Past Performance; (2) Experience of Key Personnel; (3) Management Plan; and (4) Small Business Subcontracting.
