Fish & Wildlife Service, Region 2, seeks offers for rebuilding of the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway levee, both north and south sites. Works includes clearing and grubbing of trees, tree roots, stumps, large stones and boulders; excavation; construction of approximately 800 feet of levee; building concrete water control structures; installation of geotextiles; installation of stop-log channels, braces, locking devices and associated hardware; and installation of cellular concrete blocks. This project is located on the McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge in Jefferson County, Texas. The price range is between 100,000 and $250,000.
