It is the intention of this solicitation to purchase the pickup, testing, processing, and disposal of approximately 40+ dry sludge from the Water Treatment Plant at Navy Public Works Center, Bldg 12 Great Lakes, IL. 2. This work must be in compliance with all applicable environmental laws, regulations, and environmental protection policies in effect at Naval Training Center, Great Lakes. 3. The Government requires that the disposal site has no legal prohibition preventing acceptance of waste transported from Illinois, and being disposed of on the site. 4.
