Labor, materials, equipment, tests and incidental items necessary or required to complete the work in all respects as shown on the drawings and specifications. This includes, drilling, sampling, cleaning, development and testing. A constant rate pump test will be conducted followed by water quality sampling. Upon successful completion, the contractor will disinfect the well, perform a video well log and conduct a plumbness and alignment test. The approximate issue/response date will be 01 SEP 1999. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
