The purpose of this acquisition is to modify existing Contract #DAAB07-94-C-D315 by purchasing Software that generates and output Data Fill Files/Key Tags that are compatible with the latest upgrade version of radio RT-1749/ARC-220. Required Data Files need to be loaded into a Data Transfer Device AN/CYZ-10 (V) 3 and then passed to radio set RT-1749/ARC-220. The prepared data files will directly load into the RT-1749/ARC-220 via its RS-232 LSBI port. The software program will also design, maintain and manage High Frequency (HF) Automatic Link Establishment communications (ALE) networks. Training will be provided prior to delivery and evolutionary software release for Government evaluation. Current source is Rockwell Collins, part number HF-CPS, which includes the information based on the latest version of radio RT-1749/ARC-220 upgrade.
