This solicitation number JFKC01-99-Q-0012 is being issued as an Invitation for Bid. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. This solicitation is unrestricted. All items shall be shipped to Loading Dock #1 at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Attn: Project Management Office, 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566-0001 by September 30, 1999. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial applies to this acquisition. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items shall be returned with the completed Schedule to the following address: The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Attn: Contracting, 2700 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20566-0001 no later than 11:00am on August 27 1999. Facsimile quotes will be accepted on (202)416-8975, however, quotes which are not transmitted in time to be received by this office at or before 11:00am will be late and will not be considered for award. Bear in mind that there is only one facsimile machine and numerous firms may be submitting quotes.
