The US Navy intends to issue solicitation N68335-99-R-0209 on a sole source basis with Boeing Aircraft, St. Louis, MO, under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), implemented by FAR 6.302-1 with an approved Justification and Approval to follow this announcement. This requirement is for OTPS development and peculiar support equipment for both basic requirement, optional production units for the Pilot display Unit (PDU) P/N 465SUM3 and Data Entry Panel (DEP), P/N 466SUM2 . The US Navy does not own the specifications, drawings, and related data to permit full and open competition.
