Contractor is responsible for container contents, containment in overpaks or any other packaging necessary for proper transporting, labelling, testing/profiling, manifesting, transporting, disposal and/or treatment. Contractor shall recycle or dispose of empty containers. Hazardous materials for each site is consolidated in one location inside a locked shed or gas house.
