Contractor to provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material, lift equipment and all other items and service necessary to perform Preventative Maintenance to 144 hanger doors in 13 facilities at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Work includes but is not limited to, inspection of all doors during the first two weeks of the performance period. Perform preventative maintenance which shall include inspection of all equipment required to make doors operative, grease, oil, tighten screws, bolt items necessary for continuous use, perform tests on all electrical operators and repair. All missing and damaged zirc fittings and tubing shall be replaced and/or repaired. All work to be accomplished in accordance with Statement of Work. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 4699. The size standard in average annual receipts is $5 million.
