Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bliss, Texas is seeking contractors interested in running the Director of Public Works and Logistics Commercial Laundry. The contractor is to perform the following services: washing (to include contaminated laundry), folding, pressing (full sheets, smocks DR, coats surgical etc). Repair of textile, making name tags and sewing of name tags, U.S. Army and unit patches. The commercial laundry shall provide laundry services to receiver (including all current and future tenants, organizations having negotiated support agreement with receiver). Pricing for laundry services shall be charged by supplier shall be negotiated between supplier and receiver and mutually agreed upon by both parties. Interested contractors shall call Mr. Louis Saiz (915) 568-2011 for a copy of an estimated list of items to be laundried. Contractor shall meet the requirements and standards of a comercial laundry facility. Interested contractors are required to submit a capability statement, provide references of prior laundry contracts and resume that demonstrates knowledge of laundry requirements.
