NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The National Park Service intends to issue a contract to Analytical Surveys Incorporated, Colorado Springs, CO (ASI). ASI holds a contract with the City of New York to develop a comprehensive geographic information system dataset for the City of New York, including digital orthophotography and digital planimetric data (transportation, hydrography, structures, cultural features, geodetic control) for all boroughs and digital topography (contours and elevation model) for selected portions of the city. The National Park Service contract will extend digital topopgraphic data coverage to the Jamaica Bay portion of the National Recreation Area. This is not a Request for Proposal. See Note 22.
