R -- - INTENT TO NEGOTIATE A SOLE SOURCE CONTREACT WITH THE ALASKA INTER-TRIBAL COUNCIL (AITC) Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the Alaska Inter-Tribal Council (AITC) in Anchorage, Alaska for the Denali Commission. Purpose of contract is to provide information and technology support for the Denali Commission on an as-needed basis for a one-year period. This is a cooperative project between the Denali Commission, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the AITC. AITC providing assistance, providing funds towards this contract for reimbursement through the EPA, no other source can provide this service.
