Design/Build a pre-manufactured modular structure of approximately 3500 square feet, single story building to be located on the NW corner of the campus, adjacent to Bldg. #26, at the VA Medical Center, Phoenix AZ. This building will house the VA Office of District Counsel. The work will include designing the building, site improvements, foundations, connections to utilities, fire protection, sidewalks and paving. The structure shall include finishes, heating, cooling, electrical, plumbing, security at the main entrance, restrooms, waiting area, offices, administrative areas and storage. The total design/build budget is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Evaluation criteria, in descending order of importance, are: cost, construction management, past experience and schedule.
