(A)Remove all existing roofing material to the existing deck (B)asbestos abatement as shown on drawings (C)Install new fully adhered E.P.D.M. membrane roofing system with tapered insulation as shown, all EPDM system and insulation must be installed as per manufacturer's recommendations and specifications (D) Pitch new roofing to result in no accumulation of water. Minimum achievable pitch: 1/8" per foot (E)Seal all roof penetrations and curbs as shown on drawing.
