Furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and operations as required to perform the following: Remove and replace approximately 20,000 sq. ft. of floor covering and approximately 960 linear ft. of joint sealer compound. All design, material, and disposal of excess and recovered material must be in accordance with all federal, State, and local (Yuba County and Beale AFB) codes, regulation, and guidelines. Floor surface shall be cured and ready for its intended purpose within 45 days of contract notice to proceed. Resurfacing project must be in a three-phase operation to allow for continued vehicle maintenance in these facilities. All work will be accomplished in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and terms and conditions of the contract. Magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. SIC is 1752. The size standard is $7 Million. This solicitation is open to all business concerns. The entire solicitation will be released solely on the Electronic Posting System (EPS), www.eps.gov, (paper copies will not be available). Any prospective bidders interested in bidding on this solicitation MUST register in order to be placed on the bidder list. Include your company name, address, telephone number, and point of contact, fax number, and e-mail address. This list is provided to facilitate subcontracting opportunities only. Bidders registering their name on the source list should not conclude that they would receive a paper copy of the solicitation in the mail, as a paper copy will not be available. Tentative date that solicitation will be released solely on the EPS will be 28 August 99. Tentative bid opening date will be 10 September 99. When issued the solicitation package with the specifications will be available for download as word documents or zipped compressed files.
