PM Signals Warfare intends to negotiate a sole source support contract with Delfin Systems of Santa Clara, CA. This is in support of Interim Prophet Ground currently under contract DAAB07-99-C-L510. Interim Prophet Ground will be participating in the Joint Contingency Force (JCF) Advanced Warfighter's Experiment (AWE) and requires spares, training, technical and maintenance support from Delfin Systems. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties may submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement, to include descriptive literature and pricing, within 15 days of this announcement to the point of contact listed above. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however all proposals received by the date identified above will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
