requirement for 1 each Electrode Discharge Machine System(System based
on US EDM Model D55GL EDM)with the following specifications: Ram type
EDM with adjustable X,Y,and Z axes, independent of servo, minimum 6.5"
x 3.25" table transverse, capability of holding 12" x 7" samples
minimum 7" tank depth, rotatable servo head with 6" travel,electronic
depth finder and sparkout control, self-cleaning work tank, flushing
pressure control, dual filtration of dielectric, pressure readout for
dielectric flow; 20 A power supply with variable power control settings
down to 0.5 A or lower, variable on/off time controls from 1 to 800
micro-seconds; 3-axis digital readout with Z-axis shutoff; Wire cut-off
attachment for RAM EDM with 4" depth capacity, 4" width capacity, 100'
wire capacity,variable wire feed speed; Sufficient ionoplus dielectric
to fill reservoir, electric clamp; Rotating spindle with flow-through
flushing; Electrode shank holder with flow-through design for holding
cylindrical electrodes of various diameters up to 0.5"; 2" milling
vise; Magnetic table chuck; Spare filter set, Operators instruction and
