The Government intends to purchase on a sole source all or none basis the following software and support items manufactured and provided by Distributive Software: (1) p/n MCSW-2 Metriccenter software (2 each); (2) p/n MCBSW-1 Metriccenter Browser software license (1 each); (3) Browser Tokens (additional software licenses) (3 each); (4) p/n MCMA-2 MC Annual Maintenance for item 1 to include software upgrades and unlimited telephone support (2 each); (5) p/n MCVMA-1 MC Browser Annual Maintenance for item 2 to include software upgrades and unlimited telephone support (1 each). The above items must be Y2K Compliant and all vendors must provide written documentation addressing this issue. The Government requires automated data collection, analysis and reporting software in support of the AEGIS Management Programs. The Browser tool allows for web based posting and access by multiple users requiring the reported data. The tokens are the licensed access to the web posted reports. This requirement is to be processed using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All vendors shall provide the software and software support agreements along with their fax quote which shall be considered by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448 to Attn: Barbara M. Walters, fax number 540-653-7016. All vendors must provide written documentation from Distributive Software giving the authorization to provide this software and support. All vendors shall provide their CAGE Code, Dunn and Bradstreet Number, and their Tax Identification Number and must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database.
