This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The engineers and technicians who perform this upgrade must be trained and certified by Eclipsys Corporation. The hardware and software must be specifically configured and program compatible with the Continum 2000 System. Award will be made only to a single vendor who is able to provide all of the following supplies and services: (1) Y2K upgrade from Eclipsys Corporation version 3.a.3 to 4.0 and subsequent upgrade from 4.0 to 5.1, (includes annual software support, application consulting (120 hours), technical consulting (120 hours); (2) Hardware Server Warranty; (3) Sun Enterprise 450 Server in desk-side tower, 4 CPU slots App, Census & Interface Servers, 550 power supply for the 450 Server, 250MHz Ultra SparcII CPU w/1MB e-cache & dc-dc converter, 128MB Memory expansion, Internal 4.2GB UltraSCSI disk Drive, 8 bay internal storage expansion kit; (4) 21" Color Monitor, 7-14GB Tapes, Workshop 3.0, 68/68pin Cable w/Power Cord; (5) Sun TCP/IP Network Printer Utility, Compaq microcom 510 Deskport Modem w/cable; (6) HP Dataview; (7) System Administration and Configuration Training for 2 individuals, Orders Configuration and Configuration Overview training for 1 individual; and (8) Systems Engineering that includes travel.
