(1) Past Performance information is one indicator of an offeror's ability to perform the contract successfully. The currency and relevance of the information, source of information, context of the data, and general trends in contractor's performance will be considered. Contractor shall provide: 1) at least four (4) references which will have first-hand knowledge of performance relative to type of service as specified in the Statement of Work and contract conditions. References shall include company name, address, point of contact, and phone number. 2) Description of business operation, such as customer service practices, length of time in business, etc. (2) Technical Capabilities such as transmission frequency/speed (response time) for each type of pager, paging system information. (3) Pager Replacement Plan: Offeror shall indicate replacement costs for lost or damaged pagers, detail whether or not spare pagers will be provided and/or proposed "switchout" plan for replaced pagers.
