J -- MULTIPLE AWARD HYDRO-ELECTRIC GENERATOR REPAIRS CONTRACT SOL DACW57-99-R-0017 DUE 101999 POC Nancy Carter, (503) 808-4611 On or about 17 September 1999, this office will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for indefinite delivery type contract for hydro-electric generator repair and maintenance. The contract will be issued under a multiple award concept with a cumulative total amount of the contracts not exceeding $20 million dollars. There will be no limit on the amount or number of task orders that can be issued against the contract, other than the cumulative total of the contracts awarded. Each contract issued will have a basic performance period of two years with a single option period of three years duration. Proposals will be required on or about 19 October 1999. This procurement is open to both large and small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including all affiliates with average annual sales or receipts for the preceeding three years not in excess of $7 million dollars. The scope of work includes emergency and routine, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair, as well as spare parts for the generators and components. Work may be required at any or all of the project offices located within the boundaries of the US Army Corps of Engineering Northwestern Division. Work sites would be primarily located in the States of Washington, Oregon, Montana, North and South Dakota, Nebraska, and Missouri.
