Demolish Maintenance Hangar 1028, approximately 40,000 SF, down to the
slab. Retain the existing slab (which will be used for vehicle parking
in the future). Demo will include removal of asbestos-containing
materials and lead-based paint. Following hangar demolition, construct
approximately 300 LF of CMU block security wall (antique linen in
color, per the standard details provided) along the runway side of the
former hangar concrete slab. Optional work to include demolishing
Maintenance Hangar 1027, approximately 35,000 SF, down to the slab.

concrete slab. AVAILABILITY: This Solicitation will be issued as an
Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD-Rom format only. EBS CD-ROM disks with
plans and specs available on or about 1 Oct 99 at no charge per set.
EBS CD-ROM disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis
until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to IFB
Number DACA67-00- B-0001 when ordering. Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and
be received before bid documents will be mailed. Requests may be made:

picked up from the Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of
7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Submit requests by 23 Sep 99. Estimated dollar
value is in the range of $100,000 to $250,000 and completion period is
60 days. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1795. Project is
open to both large and small business. For the purpose of this
procurement a concern is considered a small business if its average
