Retain the existing slab (which will be used for vehicle parking in the future). Demo will include removal of asbestos-containing materials and lead-based paint. Following hangar demolition, construct approximately 300 LF of CMU block security wall (antique linen in color, per the standard details provided) along the runway side of the former hangar concrete slab. Optional work to include demolishing Maintenance Hangar 1027, approximately 35,000 SF, down to the slab. Retain the existing slab.
