This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisitions Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to prepare a prospectus for the recruitment and retention of health professionals in rural and undeserved areas. The contractor shall continue to develop the Rural Recruitment and Retention Network (3R Net.) web site and present developing information about the program at various meetings and health professions conferences. Also, the contractor must develop a final report which describes the program's progress, its future goals, and recommendations made by the 3R Net Strategic Planning Committee. The period of performance for this project is one (1) year. The National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing required work and services.
