This is unrestricted advertising, open to both small and large business concerns. If a subcontracting plan is required the following minimum goals are applicable: Small Business Subcontracting -- 61.2%; Small Disadvantaged Business Subcontracting -- 9.1%; Women Owned Small Business Subcontracting -- 4.5%; and HUBZone Small Business Subcontracting -- 1.0%. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 and the construction period is 390 days. Bonding will be required for this acquisition. The project includes the design and construction of family housing at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson, Arizona. Sixty-four new housing units are required to replace deteriorating, aged units. The site development consists of the complete design and construction of residential streets and roads, curbs and gutters, pedestrian walks, tot lots, utility distribution and service lines, lighting, traffic and street signing, bus stopshelters, fences, retaining walls, and storm drainage.
