U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Yuma, AZ 85365-9106. The following projects will be awarded via competitive proposals, on an Unrestricted basis: 1) Furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to overlay 2 " of asphalt concrete and re-stripe runways 06/24 and 18/36. Runway 06/24 is 5988.4' X 100' and runway 18/36 is 6118.1' X 150'. 2) Furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to repair and re-stripe taxiways. The repair work consists of: reconstruction of portion of pavement; crack sealing; joint sealing; patching of pavement; repair of concrete apron; fog sealing; grading and stabilizing shoulders; and re-striping the taxiways. The above projects are to be done in accordance with their statement of work. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated between $1M and $5M. All work shall be completed in 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this requirement is 1611 with a size standard of $17.0 million. Selection of the successful offeror will be made using best value procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101.
