Elmendorf AFB, AK has a requirement for the following, M&I Model RCA-65 Re-coil away door system or equal: Complete door system includes: 14_ thick SBR curtain material with yellow safety stripes on each side, _spingless operation_ motion brake, idler barrel, guides, end brackets, break-away bottom bar with safety stop bar, UL approved electric one speed motor,(door speed 6-8_ per/sec), rotary screw type limit switches, electomechanical disc brake, emergency chain hoist, wall mounted control panel, logic controller, reversing starter, overload and control relays, cycle counter, a 3- button (open-close-stop) push button station on panel door. Additional accessories are to include: traveling windbar assembly, (1) exterior weatherproof NEMA 4 key switch, protective rubber boot over existing edge. Includes taking down existing door and setting it aside for the Snowbarn to dispose of it, all field wiring to existing power supply, all opening preparations as required for proper installation,(1) control station to be run in conduit for installation in the dispatch office (approx. 300 ft. in distance), (2) ea. _ Edwards_ rotating warning lights.
