The purpose of this open briefing is to provide information for all potential offerers on the progress of 1) The Study of the Impact and Implementation of IDEA'97, and 2) The Professional Development Study. We intend for each of these current design tasks to be released as open RFPs in the coming year. This briefing will provide an opportunity for potential offerers, who wish to bid on the contracts, to obtain information in implementing these evaluations. In addition it will provide information on the design work to date.
