This announcement constitutes only the synopsis only. A written solicitation will be available on 20 July 99 for issuance by request. This procurement is restricted to 100% small business. All responsible small businesses may submit a request for the entire solicitation package via fax. The requested solicitation document, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10. SIC 1711. Contractor shall provide non-personal services, all material and labor necessary to overhaul 200 ton chiller in Building 6576 at Lackland AFB, TX. Scope of work includes the following principal work items: Compressor, Motor, Oil system, Condenser and Evaporator. Miscellaneous work will include pressurization leak tests, standing vacuum test, replacement of worn/torn gaskets and o_rings. Contractor must quote on all items listed. FOB: Destination for delivery is Lackland AFB, TX. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DFARS 252.204-7004 & 252.232-7009.
