Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to DELETE in their entirety, the requirements for "non-destructive testing" in paragraphs 3.4.8 and 3.4.8.1 of the issued PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS). Commercial welding and inspection requirements shall apply for the main steam piping. The due date for receipt of offers IS NOT extended.
