This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisitions Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to perform a state-level assessment of current access and utilization of dental services and dental services infrastructure.. The information collected will ultimately be used to increase access to dental services for the undeserved and to reduce disparities in oral health among the populations involved. The contractor shall collect data from national, state, and local data sets that can be modified for future reports and Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping. This information will be placed into the national HRSA interactive web Site, and be included in an illustrated data book with selected data elements. The period of performance for thisproject is fifty-two (52) weeks. Quality Resource Systems is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing required work and services.
