Except otherwise specified in the performance Work Statement, the contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items or services necessary to perform Base Wide Refuse Collection and Disposal Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement at Kelly AFB, TX periof of performance: 01 Oct 1999 thru 30 Sep 2000 plus 1 (one) year option period. This solicitation will be issued on or about 03 Sep 99. All responsible sources may submit a request for the solicitation. No telephone request.
